Winners of Engineering Mastermind announced

Petia Tzokova

We are delighted to announce that Petia Tzokova of the University of Cambridge is the overall winner of this term’s Engineering Mastermind. She swept the board to be mastermind of the topics Construction management, Basic material properties, Water engineering, and Engineering history. She wins £150 worth of book vouchers and a set of ICE textbooks.

As runner-up in the overall competition, Martin Botero of Imperial College wins £100 worth of book vouchers, and as the highest scoring undergraduate wins an interview for a work placement with our sister company Expedition Engineering.

AP was mastermind of the Structural engineering topic, and so wins £50 worth of book vouchers.

Imperial College London was the top educational institution overall. They win a free half-day creative design workshop from us at Think Up for their students.

Engineering Mastermind is an online quiz aimed at improving the knowledge base of engineering students. We offered prizes to individuals who won the greatest number of badges within the fixed period of 1st January – 31st May 2016 and with the least number of attempts.

Prizes for the next competition period, which concludes on the 30th September, will be announced soon.
