Think Up was commissioned by Sellafield to create this Big Rig event to attract graduate engineers to come and work in Cumbria. This commission involved the creation of the largest Big Rig to date – three storeys, and complete with its own three-phase power supply.
To add an additional transformative element, as well as the on-site activities, in the days leading up to the event the students took part in an adventure weekend in the Lake District to help them develop a healthy team dynamic before the start of construction activities, and also to give them a taster for what the outdoors in Cumbria can offer.
