Think Up has announced that Dan Epstein will be the keynote speaker at the Sustainability-themed Excellence in Engineering Education Conference.
The aim of the conference is to give university lecturers the opportunity to share techniques for teaching sustainability to undergraduate civil engineers, and to create a best practice model for wider use in universities across the UK. Dan will be sharing his experience of applying principles of sustainability in the sorts of large scale construction projects that undergraduate engineers may work on in their careers.The event is co-sponsored by the Royal Academy of Engineering and the Joint Board of Moderators, the organisation responsible for accrediting university civil engineering courses in the UK.
